The products on this site are directly linked to PayPal, so when you click on an item to purchase, you will be taken straight to PayPal to complete the payment.

If you prefer to pay via Western Union, please contact me via email first to arrange the details of your order.

Your payment details are safe and will not be shared with anyone.

Shipping

I offer FREE worldwide shipping. I'm shipping from Serbia (Europe) and it usually takes from 10-15 business days for the package to be delivered to your address. Each shipment is registered with a tracking number and can be tracked on international tracking websites, such as 17track.net Contact me for estimated arrival times. 

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing an order or before production has begun. Once work has started or the item has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact me.

Gift wrapping and Packaging

Every product is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, safely protected from any potential damage during shipment.

I place each figurine in a soft bag, then wrap it with plenty of bubble wrap for extra protection. It is then placed inside a charming gift box, ready to be given as a thoughtful present. Finally, everything is carefully packed into a bubble envelope for secure delivery.

This attention to detail ensures your item arrives beautifully packaged and gift-ready, making it a perfect surprise for yourself or someone special!

Care Instructions

All items are made from polymer clay, a durable, hard, and strong material. However, it is not unbreakable, so please handle it with care and avoid applying excessive pressure or intentionally trying to break it.

Cleaning is very easy! Simply wipe it with a soft dry cloth, or rinse it under a gentle stream of cold or lukewarm water using a mild soap.

Each piece is sealed with a waterproof varnish, making it resistant to dust and easy to clean.

Keep your item away from direct sunlight for extended periods, as well as from heat sources like stoves, radiators, or air conditioning vents. High temperatures can soften polymer clay.

To prevent scratches, avoid storing it in the same bag with very sharp objects.

Keep it away from perfumes, deodorants, hairspray, household cleaners, or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the surface. To clean, gently wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth.

Do not use nail polish on the surface, as it may cause damage. If you wish to paint the item, use acrylic paint instead.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for personalized items, as they are made specifically for you. However, if you have received an incorrect item due to an error on my part, please contact me immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Returns and replacements are accepted in specific cases (except for those stated below) and can be discussed by contacting me. If a return is agreed upon, the item must be in its original condition and sent back within 3 working days from our mutual agreement via registered mail (for tracking and reference). The buyer covers both return and re-shipping costs. In case of a replacement, the new item will be sent once the returned item is received in good condition.

Refunds 

A full refund or replacement is only possible if I have sent the wrong item (completely different from the one ordered), or if you wish to return a non-personalized item within 3 working days after receiving it. In such cases, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact me.

Refunds are not possible in the following cases:
If the item has already been shipped.
If tracking data confirms the item was delivered.
If the package was returned due to an incorrect address, unknown recipient, or unclaimed shipment. In such cases, reshipping is possible if the customer provides a valid address and covers return and new shipping costs.
If the customer failed to read the product description or care instructions, resulting in damage or a misunderstanding about the item's color, size, or use.
If the item was damaged due to improper use.
If the items are heavily damaged during shipping, lost or stolen
